About the SEMPPOA

History
Founded in 1936, the Southeastern Minnesota Police & Peace Officers Association is a unified alliance of City, County, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies of Southeastern Minnesota.

Commonly referred to as the Southeastern or the SEMPPOA, the objectives and mission of the Southeastern are non-political and the association is non-profit. The Southeastern is also governed by a list of rules and procedures called the Bylaws. The original patch and logo, which was updated in early 2004, is displayed on the left.
