The Southeastern Minnesota Police & Peace Officers Association (SEMPPOA) is an organization of law enforcement agencies within Southeastern Minnesota.

New Executive Director
The SEMPPOA Board of Directors has named Jim Ruud as Executive Director.

Jim has been involved in law enforcement in Austin and Mower County since 1991 and currently serves as Captain on the Austin / Mower County Law Enforcement Reserves. Jim attended the annual meeting on January 12, 2010 and the Board is looking forward to working with Jim in conducting association business and as we plan the 2010 events including fishing, softball, and golf tournaments.
